I love backyard weddings. There is this sense of closeness and family that you may not always get at a larger, amazing venue. Usually friends and family are hanging around all day, helping set things up, chilling in the living room, watching the big game and all that kind of jazz. Heck even the groom grabs a beer out of the fridge for you! Can’t top that! Nicole and Rick got married at her parents house in Glendale a few weeks ago and I was so blessed to be their wedding photographer.
I am also grateful to Josh Snyder for second shooting for me…what an an awesome photographer he is.
But mainly to Rick and Nicole…thank you so much for trusting me with your day. I remember all the way back the first attempt at an engagement session got rained out but we still killed it on the second try! Have had such a fun time working with you both and I wish you the best of luck!
