Photoshoot: Baby Giuliana {chandler baby photographer}

First we did the baby shower, then the maternity shoot and finally baby Guiliana arrived and it was such a blessing to meet her and see how much joy she’s brought her new, very tired parents.

These are some of my favorite moments from the photoshoot. All the photos were taken using natural light from nearby windows and my wonderful 50mm 1.4 lens. I’ve done a few of these newborn shoots now and I’ve realized that my style is an attempt to capture the warmth, love and beauty of a new baby and his or her parents. I don’t mind props, but I think when you look at the photos above, you’ll understand that’s not really me. Because honestly…the baby is the star here. They are the ones making the cute faces or the awesome yawns…nothing else can compete with that.
